Also, <br /> the historically submitted hazardous material inventory (submitted in 2015) listed gasoline as 500-gallons <br /> 1250 gallons were observed onsite at the time of inspection. This information must be current and submitted <br /> as part of the business plan. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> A site map was not submitted in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and in 2020. The site map submitted in 2015 was <br /> lacking the following elements: loading areas, indication of presence of internal roads, indication of <br /> presence of any storm drains, evacuation staging area, specifics about hazardous material and storage areas, <br /> emergency shut offs and access/exit points. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, <br /> internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response <br /> equipment.
