The <br /> hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br /> enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 11 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br /> At the time of inspection, it could not be demonstrated that employees were properly trained. Mr. Ed <br /> Giannecchini indicated that his facility employee does not receive any relevant training. The business plan <br /> shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. <br /> All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and procedures: <br /> (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the <br /> unified program agency. <br /> (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or <br /> damage to persons, property, or the environment. <br /> (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. <br /> This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a <br /> minimum of three years. <br /> Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training records <br /> to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> FA0017228 PRO525413 SCO01 09/02/2020 <br /> EHD 19-01 Rev.8/11/2020 Page 3 of 4 Hazardous Materials Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
