This testing was required to be conducted by October 13, <br /> 2018. Ensure all future testing is conducted within required time frames. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by November 30, 2019 . <br /> Note: The full inspection was not witness by EHD. The monitoring system certification was conducted on <br /> 10/16/2019. EHD looked inside all sumps and UDCs. Verified sensor locations and piping communication. <br /> Liquid was found in UDC 8/7, 12/11 and 13/14 and in the 87, 91, and diesel fill and STP sumps, indicating brine <br /> leak. <br /> The paper work inspection was conducted on 11/1/2019. A complete report was provided to the the Designated <br /> operator. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
