The tank was from 1922. According to their records, Standard <br /> Oil which owned the tank was bought out by Chevron. At this time the City of <br /> Stockton forwarded the request to Chevron legal for tank removal. At this time <br /> the City is not sure if Chevron will be removing this tank or not. <br /> 02/29/2016 Complaint review with Michelle H. email to William Namnath PE MANZO <br /> 30 min [mailto:william@wdsnlaw.com] to say that we are available to meet this 2300 <br /> Wednesday or Thursday. <br /> 03/24/2016 Reviewed a voice message from Robert E. Marty(Advanced PE MANZO <br /> 48 min Geo Environmental, Inc.)209-467-1006, who indicated that he was retained 2300 <br /> by the Trust to apply for the removal of this tank. He wanted to arrange for an <br /> onsite meeting so I can point up exactly where the tank was. I indicated that <br /> since the area was paved I would not be able to do it and PGE had restored <br /> the sidewalk and it might be a good idea to contact them for some <br /> information. I also indicated that I have some pictures that I took and can <br /> provide. Emailed inspection pictures to rmarty@advgeoenv.com. Received <br /> an email from Marty indicating that he hasn't received pictures yet, checked <br /> the email went out, forwarded him my earlier email.
