Emailed Bill Little to get H and S plan for SR file. PE BACKUS 30 min Wrote draft approval. Filled out A and B forms. 2304 10/04/2016 Received H and S plan. Sent approval to Bill Little by email and mail. PE BACKUS 12 min 2304 01/26/2017 Reviewed SR documentation, called Stockton Fire to follow up on the fire PE MANZO 132 min permit, it was unclear if a fire permit was obtained. Called Bill Little, who 2304 confirmed that a fire permit was obtained and will be onsite, he also indicated that inspection was moved from 9:30 to 10 am. Arrived onsite, the tank was already tripple rinsed on 1-25-2017 (per Bill Little)and one 55-gallon drum labeled as hazardous waste was generated. The tank was innerted with dry ice. City of Stockton fire department was also onsite. Observed the removal of one metal UST, observed a collection of one soil sample from below the tank and one sample from the generated stockpile. The stockpiled soil was returned to the excavation. The tank was marked with TA number and transported offsite. Bill will provide the tank disposition record and waste disposal record. 01/27/2017 SR inspection documentation. PE MANZO 12 min 2304 07/11/2017 Received an email from Bill Little containing laboratory analytical, tank PE MANZO 12 min disposition and hazardous waste tank closure certification along with an 2304 investigation report. Emailed Bill confirming the receipt. 08/31/2017 Emailed Bill Little asking for a copy of the final hazardous waste manifest, a PE MANZO 36 min copy was non on the DTSC website. Reviewed the report and the laboratory 2304 analytical data received on 7-11-2017: all 8260B analytes were ND, bellow their detection limits(bottom of the tank and the stockpile); lead was detected at 824 mg/kg from the stockpile sample and at 14.7 in the sample collected bellow the tank; diesel and motor oil were ND, in both soil samples. Based on the lead detection STLC and TCLP would be needed for hazardous waste determination. Received a final manifest copy, via email from Bill Little. 12/07/2017 Tank removal documentation review. PE MANZO 30 min 2304 12/08/2017 Tank removal package review, email to Bill Little: ". I noticed that no TPH-g PE MANZO 60 min results were included and TPH-d results were out of hold time. Can you 2304 please email me TPH-g results and a clarification for the out of hold sample analysis for diesel.
