SANJ 0 A U I Environmental Health Department <br /> Service Request Daily Time and Activity Summary from 6/21/2013 to <br /> 6/21/2020 for SR0075895 located at <br /> SPAULDING TRUST PROPERTY <br /> 540 N EL DORADO ST, STOCKTON <br /> Activity Date Recorded by <br /> 10/16/2019 Reviewed facility file, lead was detected at 824 mg/kg in the stockpile soil PE MANZO <br /> 18 min sample, stockpile was reused onsite as backfill, even though facility was 2304 <br /> advised that if sampling results deem the soil to be contaminated soil <br /> removal would be required. EHD contacted the facility and their consultant <br /> several times indicating that additional excavation is required but received <br /> no response. Organized inspection documentation, printed inspection <br /> pictures, prepared for referral to the Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> Called Steven Meeks(steven.meeks@waterboards.ca.gov), (916)464-4678, <br /> left a voice message asking who would be the appropriate person to send the <br /> referral to. <br /> Received a call back from Steven Meeks, discussed the site, Steven indicated <br /> to send the referral to his attention, prepared a cover letter, scanned UST <br /> permit removal documentation: SR0075895 approval letter, pictures, <br /> laboratory analytical report, and tank removal report received from Advanced <br /> Geo Environmental. Emailed referral package to <br /> steven.meeks@waterboards.ca.gov. <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br />
