Barker : <br /> We are pleased to report status of the corrective actions that you required pursuant to your inspection <br /> referenced above : <br /> ➢ Failure to maintain the "Facility Employee Training Certificate" on-site (after <br /> October 1 , 2018). CCR 2715(c) (3), 2715(c)(4). The Facility Employee Training <br /> Certificate dated 1/21/19 had the "date of assuming responsibility as a facility <br /> employee" incorrectly. All employees must be trained prior to having responsibility <br /> as a facility employee if after October 1 , 2018, or within 30 days of hire if prior to <br /> October 1 , 2018 . <br /> Status : COMPLETED. The date was corrected by the Environmental Site Manager, <br /> Thuy Tran while the inspector was on site during the inspection on 2/ 11 / 19 . <br /> ➢ Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every <br /> 30 days. CCR 2716(a-e) . <br /> Status : COMPLETED.
