EXHMIT C—SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIlZONMENTAL PROJECTS <br /> Defendant shall provide funds for the following Supplemental Environmental Projects to be <br /> administered by the Plaintiffs representatives identified in this Stipulation for Entry of Final <br /> Judgment and Permanent Injunction. Payments shall be made by Defendant on behalf of <br /> Plaintiff to the entities listed below,and delivered to Supervising Deputy District Attorney <br /> David J.Irey as set for in Paragraph 5 of the Stipulation for Entry of Final Judgment and <br /> Permanent Injunction. <br /> 1. Environmental Protection Prosecution Fund. DEFENDANT shall provide the <br /> amount of Forty Thousand Dollars($40,000.00)to be used by the Craig Thompson <br /> Environmental Protection Prosecution Fund("CTEPP Fund')for purposes consistent with the <br /> mission of the CTEPP Fund. <br /> 2. California COPA Forum. DEFENDANT shall provide the amount of Eighty-Two <br /> 'thousand Five Hundred Dollars($82,500.00)to the CUPA Forum Environmental Protection Trust <br /> Fund,which is administered and to be used by the Califonua Certified Unified Program Agency <br /> (CUPA)For un,for purposes consistent with the mission of the Trust for the CUPA Forum. <br /> 3. Environmental Enforcement and Training Account. DEFENDANT shall provide the <br /> amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars($20,000.00),made payable to the `Secretary for the <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency"for deposit in the Environmental Enforcement <br /> and Training Account as set fords in Penal Code Section 14300 et seq.,for purposes consistent with <br /> the mission of the Environmental Enforcement and Training Act of 2002. <br /> 4. Western States Project*. DEFENDANT shall provide the amount of Ten Thousand <br /> Dollars($10,000.00)to be used by the Western States Project for the purposes ofproviding training <br /> consistent with the objectives of the Western States Project. <br /> 5. California Hazardous Materials Investigators Association(CHIVHA)Y. <br /> DEFENDANT shall provide the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars($10,000.00)to be used by <br /> the CHMIA Board of Directors to fund scholarships for attendance and participation at the annual <br /> training conference presented by CHMIA. <br /> 6. Cal Recycle.
