Recycling and Recovery(Cal Recycle)(hereinafter"CalRecycle')for purposes consistent with <br /> the mission of Cal Recycle. The California Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989, <br /> which is administered by the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery,requires <br /> each city,county,and regional agency,if any,to develop a source reduction and recycling <br /> element of an integrated waste management plan containing specified components, <br /> including a source reduction component,a recycling component,and a composting <br /> component. Local jurisdictions are responsible for education,outreach,and monitoring for <br /> this law,which also sets a statewide goal of recycling 75 percent of solid waste by 2020. The <br /> funds provided by Costco shall be used to provide grants designed to help reach that goal. <br /> 7. The California Poison Control System. DEFENDANT shall provide the amount <br /> of Eighty-One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars($81,250.00)to be used by The <br /> California Poison Control System for purposes consistent with the mission of The <br /> California Poison Control System(hereinafter"CPCS"). The CPCS,managed by the <br /> University of California San Francisco,School of Pharmacy,Department of Clinical <br /> Pharmacy,consists of four answering sites: UC Davis Medical Center(Sacramento <br /> Division),San Francisco General Hospital(San Francisco Division),Children's Hospital <br /> Central California(Fresno/Madera Division),UC San Diego Medical Center(San Diego <br /> Division). The central administrative office is Iocated at UCSF's Laurel Heights campus <br /> in San Francisco. CPCS is a certified member of the American Association of Poison <br /> Control Centers. <br /> r Ifthe paymentprovided by DEFENDANT is accepted by a designated entity,the designated <br /> entity shall provide,until the exhaustion of the funds,annual letter reports describing the <br /> specific use of the funds.
