Emergency Coordinator: Milt Daley Cell —209-992-0044 <br /> 2. Designated Alternate: Chris Hart Cell —209-992-0019 <br /> 2.3 Notifications <br /> A notification system is established for outside agencies, contractors, and employees. <br /> The notification procedure is detailed in Appendix D - Reporting and Notification Guidelines. <br /> In general, the incident observer should notify the Emergency Coordinator by telephone as <br /> appropriate in the event of an emergency. <br /> If the emergency situation requires immediate public agency response (emergency medical, <br /> CHP, etc.) the observer should perform the necessary notifications as per the notification flow <br /> sheet. <br /> If the Emergency Coordinator can be reached within 30 minutes of a reportable incident AND <br /> the situation does not require immediate agency response then reporting to government <br /> agencies should be left up to the Emergency Coordinator. <br /> 2.4 Response Personel <br /> 2.4.1 Emergency Coordinator and Designated Alternate <br /> The implementation of the Emergency Response Plan for Hazardous Materials program is the <br /> responsibility of the LAWTF Emergency Coordinator. Responsibilities include: <br /> • The LAWTF Emergency Coordinator is responsible for: <br /> • Notifying the "On-Call" Safety Officer in the event of a hazardous material incident; <br /> • Initiating an evacuation of an area or building and securing the area to prevent access <br /> to unauthorized personnel; and <br /> • Notifying additional resources to request assistance as determined by the emergency. <br />
