Pacific EcoRisk Environmental Consulting &Testing <br /> 4.SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> The results of this evaluation indicate that the waste sample"#3 F.A.Ground"was not acutely <br /> toxic to fathead minnows at the test treatment levels.The LC50 of this sample was>750 mg/L, <br /> which is greater than the Title 22"Hazardous Waste"classification threshold of 500 mg/L,and <br /> therefore,the sample should not be considered a hazardous waste with respect to fish toxicity. <br /> 4.1 QA/QC Summary <br /> Test Conditions—All test conditions (pH,D.O.,temperature,etc.) were within acceptable <br /> limits.All analyses were performed according to laboratory Standard Operating Procedures.The <br /> client waived the pre-test holding period for the fish. <br /> Negative Control—The biological responses at the Lab Control treatment were within <br /> acceptable limits. <br /> Concentration-Response Relationship—The concentration-response relationship for this test <br /> was evaluated as per EPA guidelines (EPA-821-B-00-004),and was determined to be acceptable. <br /> Psi53 tjj> <br />
