Attempt to immediately identify and notify the responsible party of the <br /> problem. <br /> ii. Require the responsible party to perform corrective actions(See Table 1) <br /> to eliminate the illicit discharge within 72 hours of initial notification. <br /> iii. For each specific problem require specific mitigation plans. <br /> iv. Require the responsible party to notify the City upon elimination of the <br /> illicit discharge. <br /> v. Verify the responsible party's corrective actions through a follow-up <br /> investigation. <br /> vi.
