The monitoring plan incorrectly lists the overfill prevention method <br /> as audible/visual and ball floats. The overfill method being used on site is mechanical flapper. Any change of <br /> information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required <br /> information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 114 CCR 2636(f)(3), 2643(c)(3) No 0.1 gph annual line integrity test for pressurized piping, or within 30 days after repair. <br /> Annual line tightness testing indicates only one diesel line was tested. Three product lines were observed on site. <br /> Testing has not been fully completed. This test is required annually. Immediately schedule this test for any untested <br /> product piping and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. Please be aware that a follow up inspection will be <br /> charged at our current hourly rate. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 209 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. <br /> The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports. <br /> -The October 2018 through March 2019 designated operator reports are not signed by the owner/operator. <br /> -The October 2018 through March 2019 reports include an incorrect secondary containment test date of 9/5/18. The <br /> triennial testing date was 5/12/16. <br /> During the visual inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST <br /> system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. Ensure that designated operators <br /> performing visual inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 215 CCR 2712(1) Failure to retain a copy of the permit to operate at the facility. <br /> A copy of the 2019 UST operating permit was not found on site. A copy of the UST operating permit and all <br /> attachments and conditions shall be retained at the facility. Immediately obtain a copy of the permit and retain it on <br /> site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of (pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Liquid was observed in both turbine sumps. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or <br /> infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed approximately 1/4/gallon of <br /> liquid from the sumps.
