A permit for <br /> installation of a leak detector was approved by the EHD on 1/14/19; work has not yet been started. Automatic line <br /> leak detectors are required to be equipped on underground pressurized piping systems that carry a hazardous <br /> substance. Correct immediately by having a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor install a leak detector <br /> (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a permit within one business day from the EHD. If the leak detector can't be <br /> installed immediately, there is a possibility that the diesel UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 320 CCR 2635, 2637.2, 2665, 2712 Failure to comply with the installation, inspection, or record keeping of the overfill <br /> prevention. <br /> According to EHD records, overfill prevention testing was conducted on 6/29/2018. Test results have not been <br /> received by EHD. Test results are required to be submitted within 30 days of testing. Immediately submit a copy of <br /> overfill prevention test results to the EHD and ensure all test results are submitted within the required timeframes. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by April 24, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
