SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> I have reviewed the final Phase I Remedial Action Plan for the McCormick and Baxter <br /> facility. This report was submitted on 29 May 1990. The Phase I remedial actions will <br /> be implemented for five years, after which the actions will be reevaluated and modified <br /> if necessary. The Phase I remedial actions are: <br /> - Capping of the highly contaminated areas with 4 inches of asphalt. <br /> - Construction of a new concrete drip pad in the track area. <br /> - Cleanup of the storm ponds and installation of a double liner. <br /> .h� rig t S <br /> - Construction of railroad drip tracks.
