To date, the information repositor-
ies include the July 1987 work
plan, the revised April 1988 work
plan, the quarterly technical
progress reports, the final DHS
Community Profile, the Community
Relations Plan, and the 1986 Toxic
Task Force report, Tackling Toxics
in Our Community. Additional
reports and fact sheets will be
added to the repositories as they
become available.
In the CRP, the list of documents
to be included in the information
repositories has intentionally been
kept general so as to not promise
reports that are not yet publically
available (e.g. , the Remedial
Investigation report, the Feasi-
bility Study and the Risk Assessment
Report) . We do not feel it is
appropriate to modify the list in
the CRP at this time. We fully
intend to include copies of the
listed items as they are finalized.
D-19 5, 6 DHS requests that we contact the
Environmental Concerns Committee
(ECC) (more correctly the San
Joaquin County Toxic Task Force) by
July 8 , 1988 , to obtain permission
to place their reports in the repos-
itories.
The ECC and the task force are now
defunct, and many of the members
now sit on the San Joaquin County
Tanner Planning Committee . We con-
tacted the chairman of this com-
mittee, Gordon Lillis, on May 26,
1988 , and received permission to
include the ECC document in the
information repositories . The
document was included in the
repositories we established on
June 10, 1988 .
This comment is not applicable, as
the requested task has been
accomplished.
3
