We have since asked <br /> them to have the employee on site sign these . This will not occur again . <br /> ? 306 Jumper hoses on flex piping <br /> o This site will be closinq for construction 4-15.2019 . Scope of work includes complete re- pipe of site to PVC will <br /> eliminate the flex piping and jumper hoses . We will need an extension for this issue. <br /> ? 319 91 Spill bucket does not hold 5 gallons <br /> ? This site will be closing for construction 4. 15 .2019 . Scope of work includes replacement of all spill buckets and fill pipes .
