If you have a federal ID number,you may use this form to update your information. DTSC will update the ir formation in the Hazardous Waste Tracking System. You must also notify U.S. EPA of the updates, y comr leting U.S.EPA's Form 8700-12 or by calling them at(415)495-8895.
