DISCHARGE PREVENTION - GENERAL SPCC PROVISIONS <br /> The following measures are implemented to prevent oil discharges during the handling, <br /> use or transfer of oil products at the Facility. Oil-handling employees have received <br /> training in the proper implementation of these measures. <br /> 4.1. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS - 40 CFR 112.7(a)(2) <br /> The two 6,000-gallon ASTs are UL-listed double-wall cylindrical vessels that are <br /> manifolded together and positioned horizontally within a concrete secondary <br /> containment. The concrete secondary containment has the capacity of approximately 104 <br /> cubic feet or 775 gallons. A spill-kit containing absorbent materials is located between the <br /> AST's and the fuel dispensers for quick use, if needed. Two fire extinguishers are <br /> mounted on a column and are within 20 feet from each end of the AST and dispensers. <br /> Approximately ten (10) fire extinguishers are located in the office, maintenance shop and <br /> in the petroleum storage areas. <br /> The petroleum storage tanks on the property are either double walled or are placed on <br /> spill pallets. <br />
