These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1) date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3) results of any visual observations; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5) logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of inventory readings and reconciliations. Immediately locate and maintain all maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years on site and submit copies to the EHD. This is a minor violation. 209 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. The designated operator failed to document all the alarms from the attached alarm history on the March and April 2018 designated operator monthly inspection reports and failed to check that they were responded to appropriately. The missing alarms include: L1 (87 STP sump)fuel alarms on 3/14/18 and 4/16/18. During the monthly inspection, the designated operator shall review the alarm history for the previous month, check that each alarm was documented and responded to appropriately, and attach a copy of the alarm history with documentation taken in response to any alarms to the monthly report. Ensure that designated operators performing monthly inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. This is a minor violation. 309 CCR 2636(f)(1) Monitoring in sump/ UDC failed to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow product. The Bravo box float and chain in UDC 1/2 east failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The service technician adjusted the float and bolts and verified functionality. This was corrected on site. This is a minor violation.
