Monitoring records include: (1) date and time of all <br /> monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3) results of any visual <br /> observations; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5) logs of all readings of gauges or other <br /> monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of inventory readings and <br /> reconciliations. Immediately locate and maintain all maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years on <br /> site and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 209 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. <br /> The designated operator failed to document all the alarms from the attached alarm history on the March and April 2018 <br /> designated operator monthly inspection reports and failed to check that they were responded to appropriately. The <br /> missing alarms include: L1 (87 STP sump)fuel alarms on 3/14/18 and 4/16/18. During the monthly inspection, the <br /> designated operator shall review the alarm history for the previous month, check that each alarm was documented and <br /> responded to appropriately, and attach a copy of the alarm history with documentation taken in response to any <br /> alarms to the monthly report. Ensure that designated operators performing monthly inspections at this facility are <br /> including all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 309 CCR 2636(f)(1) Monitoring in sump/ UDC failed to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow product. <br /> The Bravo box float and chain in UDC 1/2 east failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. All <br /> monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the <br /> dispenser when it detects a leak.
