All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five <br /> gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately discontinue <br /> deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and <br /> certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. If the spill container can't be replaced immediately, there <br /> is a possibility that the diesel UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 320 CCR 2635, 2637.2, 2665, 2712 Failure to comply with the installation, inspection, or record keeping of the overfill <br /> prevention. <br /> Overfill prevention testing was conducted on 10/26/18. This testing was required to be conducted by October 13, <br /> 2018. Ensure all future testing is conducted within required time frames. <br /> During the overfill prevention inspection on 10/26/18, the diesel flapper failed and the presence or absence of ball floats <br /> could not be verified. Immediately verify the location of any ball floats and have the failed component repaired or <br /> replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. If the failed <br /> component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the diesel UST system may be red tagged to <br /> prevent fuel inputs. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by February 3, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
