Ensure to conduct overfill <br /> prevention equipment inspection within the time frame provided by the regulation and submit test results within 30 <br /> days of performing the inspection. Ensure a 48 hour notification is provided to EHD prior to conducting the inspection. <br /> Test result for the testing performed must be submitted within 30 day of testing. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The EHD has written the <br /> complete report which replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br /> NOTE: Due to unavailability of San Joaquin County Environmental Health department inspectors, an inspector from <br /> the San Joaquin county environmental health department was not present during the entire monitoring system <br /> certification conducted on 3/27/19. The inspector was able to witness inside the under dispenser containment, the <br /> submersible turbine pump sumps, and spill containers of the UST system. EHD awaits the monitoring system <br /> certification results to review the functionality and communication of the monitoring system.
