In the event of inclement weather conditions, biosolids. <br /> will also be covered by the end of the day with a thin soil <br /> cover in accordance with SJVAPCD Rule 4565 until the <br /> material can be discharged to the biosolids disposal area. <br /> Steps to Compliance: <br /> A. The project applicant shall comply with these requirements on a daily <br /> basis when biosolids are accepted at the landfill. <br /> B. Inspections by EHSD and/or SJVAPCD will verify compliance on an <br /> ongoing basis. <br /> 94 MM 4.1-4. Monitoring of landfill gas emissions shall During Project operations Environmental Health <br /> 4.1-5 be in accordance with applicable regulatory permitted by planning Services Department <br /> requirements so as to determine when significant approvals. <br /> amounts of landfill gas are generated such that a <br /> landfill gas collection system is mandated. When <br /> biogas-production becomes significant, as determined <br /> by the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District, (surface concentration greater than 500 ppmv) <br /> then a vapor collection and control system will be used <br /> to reduce biogas emissions. Biogas control systems <br /> typically consist of gas extraction wells and gas <br /> collection piping for transporting extracted gas to a <br /> facility for use as fuel or to a flare for incineration. The <br /> Project will design and install a landfill gas collection <br /> system approved by the appropriate regulatory agencies <br /> (Local Enforcement Agency, California Integrated <br /> Waste Management Board, San Joaquin Valley Air <br /> Pollution Control District). <br /> Steps to Compliance: <br /> A.
