Environmental Compliance Review Report <br /> H.M. Holloway Landfill December 2017 <br /> the gas monitoring well#1 that was 10 feet from the edge of the disposal area. <br /> Holloway worked with the LEA to resolve the issue by adjusting the disposal area <br /> boundaries, installing two new gas monitoring wells, and abandoning well#1. <br /> Stormwater/Water Quality <br /> • The Site is covered under the RWQCBCV WDRs Order No. 97-078. <br /> • Two violations for the facility are listed in California Integrated Water Quality <br /> System(CIWQS)under the Order No. R5-2010-0123. These violations were issued <br /> to the facility for not filing the compliance reports by the due dates in 2013 and <br /> 2015. Currently, there is no pending enforcement action related to the stormwater <br /> permit. <br /> • The facility does not hold a current State Water Resources Control Board(SWRCB) <br /> stormwater Industrial General Permit(IGP) as all storm water is retained onsite.No <br /> outstanding enforcement issues or pending violations were identified related to <br /> stormwater. <br /> • TRC performed a search using SWRCB's Geotracker database, the site is listed as <br /> the H.M. Holloway Surface Mine Landfill Project, an open and operating land <br /> disposal site. No cleanup actions have been reported on Geotracker. <br /> Kern County CUPA <br /> • No outstanding violations or pending enforcement actions associated with the <br /> Hazardous Materials Business Plan(HMBP)program from the Kern County Public <br /> Health Services Department as the Certified Unified Program Agency(CUPA) for <br /> the facility were identified in the EDR AuditcheckTM Facility Report. <br /> Hazardous Waste <br /> • No hazardous materials permits were identified for the facility in the EDR <br /> AuditcheckTM Facility Report, and no outstanding violations or pending enforcement <br /> actions were identified. <br /> • TRC performed a search of the DTSC HWTS database which identified one ID <br /> number associated with"Holloway" CAL000058473. Attributed to this ID number <br /> was 0.16680 and 0.25000 tons of material classified as California Waste Code 352 <br /> (other organic solids) in 2004 and 2017, respectively. <br /> • TRC performed a search using Department of Toxic Substances Control's (DTSC) <br /> Envirostor database, no DTSC regulated environmental cleanup sites associated with <br /> the facility were identified. <br /> iv <br />
