Environmental Compliance Review Report H.M. Holloway Landfill December 2017 • No hazardous materials permits were identified for the facility in the EDR AuditcheckTM Facility Report, and no outstanding violations or pending enforcement actions were identified. • TRC performed a search of the DTSC HWTS database which identified one ID number associated with"Holloway" CAL000058473. Attributed to this ID number was 0.16680 and 0.25000 tons of material classified as California Waste Code 352 (other organic solids) in 2004 and 2017, respectively. • TRC performed a search using DTSC's Envirostor database, no DTSC regulated environmental cleanup sites associated with the facility were identified. 7.0 LIMITATIONS A limited environmental compliance evaluation was prepared by TRC solely for the benefit of DTE.
