All hazardous waste containers shall be <br /> marked with the following i formation: <br /> -the words"Hazardousaste" <br /> - name and address of enerator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start dat <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information Since <br /> it cannot be determined holong this waste on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to <br /> dispose of this waste undermanifestand submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 608 i CCR 66266.130 Failed to p operly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> In the hazardous waste sto ge shed are several drained used oil filters were left in an unlabeled cut open poly drum. <br /> Used oil filters shall be drai ed of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used oil <br /> filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately containerize these filters in a compatible container, <br /> close it, label it with the wor s"drained used oil filters, mark the accumulation start date, and ensure that all used oil <br /> filters are managed in this ay. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Cllass II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> On site to conduct a routine hazardous waste inspection. <br /> Complete and submit a copy °�the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 9-18-16. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
