This information was required to be submitted by <br />09/27/2019. This information was submitted on 07/07/2020 10 months late. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the <br />corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include <br />all of the recommendations made in the report. The operator shall submit a written response that includes a <br />statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is <br />submitted and all corrections implemented within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />306 <br />CCR 2630(d), 2641(a) Monitoring equipment is not installed or maintained to detect a leak at the earliest <br />opportunity. <br />OBSERVATION: The 91 submersible turbine sump (STP) sensor was raised approximately 2 inches up the sump <br />saddle and off the lowest point of the sump and not located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest <br />possible opportunity. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensor was relocated to the lowest point of the sump by the service technician. <br />Ensure that all monitoring equipment is maintained and located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />FA0019793 PR0530093 SCO01 08/24/2020 <br />EHD 23-01 Rev. 8/11/2020 Page 4 of 6 Underground Storage Tank Program OIR <br />1868 E.
