The covered secondary containment was blocked by a 275 gallon used oil tank. <br /> Adequate aisle space shall be maintained to allow the unobstructed movement of personnel,fire protection, spill <br /> control equipment, and decontamination equipment to all areas of facility operation in an emergency. In <br /> addition,there were empty 55 gallon drums and 275 gallon totes observed throughout the facility without an empty <br /> date. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date <br /> they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty <br /> containers per this section. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> In the lab: <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket containing Coulamat A was incorrectly labeled as EZ COD Vials.
