The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for KING ISLAND MARINA as of September28 , 2020 . Open violations from December 20, 2019 inspection Violation #110 - Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years . OBSERVATION The facility has three hazardous waste streams : used oil , oil filters , and oily absorbent. In the past three years , the facility had two hazardous waste haulers . Observed disposal records from Safety- Kleen for the past three years but did not observe any disposal records from the other hazardous waste hauler. Sherri Keys , Manager, stated there were pickups with the other hazardous waste hauler. She was not sure of the name of the second hauler . REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance with section 66262 . 23 (a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility which received the waste . This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter. CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately locate a copy of all uniform manifests from December 20 , 2016- December 201 2019 and maintain them on site . Provide a copy of the missing manifests from the second hazardous waste hauler and provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #113 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years . Department of Toxic Substance Control records indicate that used oil (240 gallons , state waste code 221 ) was picked up on April 26 , 2019 , on a consolidated manifest. The consolidated manifest was not available for review. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years . This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from December 20 , 2016 - December 20 , 2019 and maintain them on site .
