Once there do not leave or <br /> attempt to re- enter the building . This prevents emergency crews from putting their lives at an <br /> added risk looking for somebody who is not in the building . <br /> • Supervisors will confirm with their daily list that everyone is out of the building safely . <br /> ON-SITE EMPLOYEE GATHERING SITES 4 . 3 <br /> Meeting Assembly Sign in front parking lot . Directly across from the Employee Entrance . <br /> SECTION FIVE <br /> HAZARDOUS MATERIALS OPERATING PROCEDURES <br /> STANDING ' OPERATING PROCEDURES HAZARDOUS MATERIALS HANDLING <br /> 5 . 1 <br /> All materials coming into the facility are subjected to an inspection at the receiving stage. <br /> Waste Oil- Waste oil on site is stored in 275 gallon totes . All totes are to be closed when not in the <br /> filling/unloading process . A completed hazardous material label must be on each tote and have the <br /> accumulation start date clearly marked . No waste oil is to be on site for greater than 180 days . When the <br /> tote is full the waste oil company George Lowry is contacted and comes to our location to remove the <br /> waste oil . Gloves and covering clothing needs to worn to prevent skin exposure . Safety glasses or goggles <br /> worn to prevent eye exposure . <br /> Fire Cabinet/Flammable Chemicals- The fire cabinet is to remain locked at all times . The key is kept in <br /> the key box located in the Supervision/Maintenance office where the Supervisor ' s and Manager ' s can <br /> control the use and handling procedures for each product .
