Follow all policies and procedures and training received based on their responsibilities . <br /> EHS Manager- Maintain the Lathrop Chemical Plan up to date and ensure that policies and procedures are <br /> followed . Ensure that training is provided to the appropriate personnel based on the responsibilities of <br /> their Job Title . Maintain all appropriate documentation . This includes evidence of recycling and <br /> manifests . Conduct periodic inspections of waste areas to ensure compliance . <br /> Leadership Team- Enforce policies and procedures . Respond to any report of spill or hazardous condition . <br /> Technical Staff- Maintain the Waste area in a clean and organized manner .
