This is determined by <br /> Job Titles . <br /> EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES 5 . 6 <br /> All Berry Employees- Report a spill or any hazardous condition that can harm employees or the <br /> environment . Follow all policies and procedures and training received based on their responsibilities . <br /> EHS Manager- Maintain the Lathrop Chemical Plan up to date and ensure that policies and procedures are <br /> followed . Ensure that training is provided to the appropriate personnel based on the responsibilities of <br /> their Job Title . Maintain all appropriate documentation . This includes evidence of recycling and <br /> manifests . Conduct periodic inspections of waste areas to ensure compliance . <br /> Leadership Team- Enforce policies and procedures .
