According to manager Bobby McGhee, <br /> appeared to be waste oil. <br /> *Assorted acrylic paints, wood stains, aerosol cans, fish fertilizer, car polish on the southeast side <br /> of the building <br /> Hazardous Waste Storage Area: <br /> •2 aerosol cans on the outside of the cardboard baler (Edge and Halloween hair color) <br /> were seen without a hazardous waste label. <br /> All containers with hazardous waste must have a label with the following information: <br /> The words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> Name and address of the facility <br /> Missing composition (contents) <br /> Accumulation start date <br /> Physical state <br /> Hazardous property <br /> Immediately,properly label a//containers storing hazardous waste, <br /> Violation #30-Failed to keep a copy of the consolidated manifest for 3 years 25160.2 <br /> HSC. <br /> At time of inspection copies of consolidated manifest for the previous 3 years could not be <br /> provided. Hazardous waste generators must maintain signed copies of consolidated manifests for <br /> 3 years and have them readily available for review. <br /> Within 30 days of receipt of this inspection report,submit copies of all consolidated <br /> hazardous waste manifests for the previous 3 years to this office, <br /> 3 � � wg <br /> EHD Inspect Received Uy <br />
