Mariposa Rd. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Dear Inspector Henry: <br /> This letter responds to your November 9, 2009 environmental health inspection of the subject Kmart <br /> retail store facility and includes information and documentation requested in order to return this facility <br /> back into compliance. <br /> Each of the specific concerns detailed in your inspection report have been addressed as follows: <br /> 1. Violation #20—Failed to properly label containers of hazardous waste 66262.34 (CCR). <br /> The illegally dumped container of waste motor oil found outside behind the trash compactor bin was <br /> brought into the store on the date of your inspection and managed through the store's hazardous waste <br /> management program. Manifest#000284381 WAS, included in this response package, documents the <br /> removal of this item. <br /> The illegally dumped acrylic paints, wood stains, aerosol cans, fish fertilizer and car polish found on a <br /> section of property southeast of the Kmart building and parking lot over which Kmart has no <br /> responsibility were brought into the store on the date of your inspection and managed through the <br />
