The hazardous waste containers for used antifreeze and oil solids/absorbents were each left open. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. <br /> Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not <br /> adding or removing waste. During the inspection JoAnn Simonson placed a cap on the opening to the <br /> used antifreeze container. <br /> 605 & 601. The hazardous waste containers of oily solids/absorbents lacked a hazardous property and <br /> had an accumulation start date of 4-11-12. The hazardous waste container of oily water lacked a <br /> hazardous waste property and had an accumulation start date of 4-10-12. The hazardous waste oil tank <br /> had an accumulation start date of 10-1-10. Records indicated used oil was last picked up on 7-14-12.
