The <br /> facility is maintaining these in a binder onsite along with an electronic copy available for <br /> review. <br /> Item 111: Failed to make a determination for land disposal. <br /> Response: The remarks contained in the inspection report for Item 111 are incorrect and <br /> therefore the Company disputes this violation. The Company makes determinations for <br /> land disposal as required. Please see Exhibit 111. <br /> Item 112: Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Response: The remarks contained in the inspection report for Item 112 are incorrect and <br /> therefore the Company disputes this violation. Stockton Logistics maintains and has <br /> maintained copies of hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years, and these <br /> records were readily available for review on site or by request to the corporate office. <br /> While readily available for review, the individual who was present at the inspection failed <br /> to locate or request assistance in locating such manifests pursuant to company policy. <br /> Please see Exhibit 112, manifests from 2013 through June 2015. These are available on <br /> site as well as by electronic copy. <br /> Item 114: Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid batteries <br /> for three years. <br /> Response: The remarks contained in the inspection report for Item 114 are incorrect and <br /> therefore the Company disputes this violation. Stockton Logistics maintains copies of <br /> manifests and bills of ladings for spent lead acid batteries for three years and such <br /> manifests were readily available for review on site or by request to the corporate office. <br /> While readily available for review,the individual who was present at the inspection failed <br /> to locate or request assistance in locating such manifests or bills of lading pursuant to <br /> company policy.
