Immediate notification to the Facility Maintenance or Fleet Maintenance <br /> Manager of the generation of any waste(s)which has not been <br /> characterized pursuant to the requirements of Section 8.5.1; <br /> 5.9.1.4. Immediate notification to the Facility Maintenance or Fleet Maintenance <br /> Manager of a change in Generator Status; and <br /> 5.9.1.5. Scheduling waste shipments,for reviewing and signing Non-Hazardous <br /> Regulated,Exempted and Universal Waste shipping documents. <br /> 5.10. Trailer Shop Mechanics and Warehouse Maintenance Mechanics <br /> 5.10.1. Mechanics are authorized for the puncturing of aerosol cans. <br /> 5.11. All Employees <br /> 5.11.1. All employees are responsible for complying with the requirements established <br /> in this Program. <br /> 6. MANAGEMENT STANDARDS <br /> 6.1. In addition to meeting all national and local codes, standards and regulations,the <br /> requirements of this standard must apply to all C&S facilities. <br /> 6.2. Instances of local authority insistence on compliance with local codes of a differing <br /> standard should always be referred to the Environmental Compliance Program <br /> Manager. <br /> 7. HEALTH AND SAFETY <br /> 7.1. Established C&S Health and Safety procedures must be followed when working with <br /> waste materials.Communication of potential hazards associated with the management <br /> of waste materials and use of appropriate protective equipment will minimize <br /> potential risks to health and safety. <br /> 7.1.1.Material Safety Data Sheets are maintained remotely via the 3E contract and <br /> available as posted throughout the facility. <br /> 7.2.
