RECORDS <br /> 11.1. The Waste Management Program will be maintained on a web-based electronic <br /> Compliance Management System(CMS) in the Admin folder, Reference Library, <br /> Procedures file. <br /> 11.2. The following records will be maintained at each facility in secure locations in <br /> area(s)separate from waste storage areas for a minimum of three(3)years per C&S <br /> procedure. <br /> 11.2.1. Completed waste storage inspection forms; <br /> 11.2.2. Completed waste inventory logs; <br /> 11.2.3. Shipping documents <br /> 11.2.3.1. In accordance with regulatory requirements,the signed copy of <br /> each Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest returned to C&S by the <br /> Treatment, Storage,and Disposal Facility(TSDF)must be <br /> maintained at the facility for at least 3 years from the date the <br /> shipment was accepted by the transporter. <br /> 11.2.3.2. In accordance with C&S policy,the signed copy of each shipping <br /> document, signed by both the generator(C&S)and the treatment, <br /> storage, disposal, or recycling facility,will be maintained on file. <br /> Additionally, for wastes which are recycled,a Certificate of <br /> Recycling will be maintained on file. <br /> 11.2.4. Waste Determination Summary Sheets,and associated attachments; <br /> 11.2.5. Waste Profile Sheets,and associated attachments; and <br /> 11.2.6. Employee training records. <br /> 11.3. File locations are designated in the Trailer Shops and Maintenance Departments: <br /> 11.4. After 3 years,C&S Records Management Program will be followed. <br /> 12. DOCUMENT REVIEW <br /> 12.1. This Waste Management Program is reviewed at least annually and updated <br /> whenever C&S waste management procedures at the facility change or when federal <br /> and/or state compliance requirements change. <br /> 13.
