The generator shall determine and certify that the waste is restricted from <br /> land disposal prior to disposal. Ensure this is done for all future shipments. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66265.33 Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination equipment. <br /> Eye wash station located in the liquid mixing room was observed leaking and nonfunctional. Eye wash station <br /> located in the bulk storage room was nonfunctional when operator was filling a tank nearby with water. All facility <br /> communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination <br /> equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of <br /> emergency. Immediately repair plumbing, so eye wash stations are functional at all times. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site. Oil filters generated <br /> from forklift maintenance by Central Valley Lift Truck are being hauled off-site. Service receipt is incomplete does <br /> not include amount of filters and street address of the service company. Receipt must also indicate that the filters <br /> are drained.A copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years or service receipts must <br /> contain complete information including amount of filters,street address of the service company and an indication <br /> that the filters are drained. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 1/25/2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
