WESTON is calculating the increasenumber of"trip ends"for the new development and Scotts will submit the corresponding fee within the stipulated timeframe. • Condition 5 - WESTON obtained a copy of the Resolution R-91-327 and confirmed that the Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee does not apply since Scotts is not applying for a building permit or planning to alter the building structures or water supply facilities. The resolution states that there shall be no fee for the following: '°any alteration or addition to a non-residential structure if the square footage of the structure is not increased more than ten percent or 200 square feet, whichever is less." Public Health Services Scotts had requested to hold open the appeal process for an additional two weeks while these issues and Development Title Sections were further investigated.
