Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> 1. Soil contaminated with total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel exists 15 feet below grade <br /> in the southwest section of the former diesel tank location. Submit a workplan to <br /> Environmental Health Division site mitigation unit for further investigation and <br /> remediation of this contamination within 60 days of project approval. <br /> 2. Obtain a solid waste facilities permit from the Environmental Health Division and <br /> California Integrated Waste Management Board. <br /> 3. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> 4. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines.
