5. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning Department for <br /> approval by the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well information as <br /> required by the improvement plan (including an 100% expansion area). <br /> 6. The two existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 7. If the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system under the provisions of Title 22, California Code of Regulations, will be required <br /> by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> 8. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s); Title 17, <br /> Section 7603, California Code of Regulations. <br /> 9. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material collect�.d in the <br /> above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> 2 of 2 <br />
