<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed wiping clothes being stored on counter top throughout the kitchen and not placed back into the
<br /> sanitizer buckets. Keep and maintain all wiping clothes inside of the sanitizer buckets when not in use. Correct immediately.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Wiping cloths used to wipe service counters,scales or other surfaces that may come into contact with food

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed the condensation line for the ice machine ending on the ground near the dish-washer. The
<br /> condensation line must end into a floor sink to ensure proper compliance with plumbing and equipment regulations. Correct
<br /> immediately.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device,as required
<br /> by applicable plumbing codes. (114192)All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local plumbing

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed floor syrup still built-up underneath the soda rack. Clean and remove all the build-up caused
<br /> by the soda syrups.This is a repeat violation, correct before re-inspection.
<br /> Observed multiple holes near the mop sink area that are need to be covered or patched. Repair or replace wall material to
<br /> ensure an enclosed food preparation area. Correct before re-inspection, this is a repeat violation.
