Exposure to vibrating equipment or tools. <br /> Posture: bent wrist or extended elbow or both. <br /> Bending over. Lifting,twisting and turning. <br /> f Able to climb in and out of truck. Able to climb up ladder in rear <br /> of tank. <br /> SAFETY <br /> EQUIPMENT <br /> REQUIRED: Hard Hat suggested. Safety glasses. Seatbelts at all times. <br /> SAFE CONDITIONS: <br /> Employees shall be properly instructed on the hazards of their work and of safe practices by bulletins, <br /> printed rules,verbal instructions and periodic safety meetings. <br /> SAFE PRACTICES <br /> 1. Employees must report all unsafe work place conditions. <br /> 2. No horseplay is permitted. <br /> 3. Adequate aisle space shall be maintained. <br /> 4. Workplace should be maintained clean and dry. Any spills must be immediately cleaned up. <br /> S. Appropriate footwear should be worn. No open toed shoes or sandals. <br /> 6. When carrying loads,care should be exercised to avoid over-exertion and strain.Use dollies. <br /> 7. Smoking is allowed in designated places only. j <br /> 8. Never enter roadway or grade unless the access roadway or grade is constructed and <br /> maintained to accommodate safely the movement of the vehicles involved. <br /> 9. Every emergency access ramp and beam used by an employee shall be constructed to restrain and <br /> control runaway vehicles. <br /> 10. Brake all earth-moving equipment shall have braking systems capable of stopping and <br /> holding flue equipment full load. � <br />
