11. Maximum speed 15 MPH. <br /> 12. All equipment sliall have rollover protection structures(BOPS). <br /> 13. Always make sure the audible alarms are working forward and when reversed. <br /> 14. Never operate with an obstructed view,front or rear. <br /> 15. Scissor points on front-end Ioaders which constitutes a hazard to the operator shall be <br /> guarded. <br /> 16. All capacity rating is to be posted on the vehicle in view of operator. <br /> 17. Do not exceed capacity or alter without notification to manufacturers. <br /> 18. No steering knobs. <br /> 14. Overhead,guards are to be in place. <br /> 20. No unauthorized personnel shall not be permitted to drive/ride. <br /> 21. Whenever a truck is equipped with vertical only or vertical and horizontal control <br /> elevated with the lifting carriage or forks for lifting personnel. This additional <br /> precaution shall be taken for the protection of personnel being elevated to a safety <br /> platform which is secured to the lifting carriage or fork. Means shall be provided whereby <br /> personnel on the platform can shut off power to the truck. Also all personnel should be <br /> protected from falling objects. <br /> 22. Always visually inspect all equipment and fill out the daily log. Always keep a maintenance <br /> log book. <br /> 23.
