You were issued a permit by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department because the <br /> facility falls under the EA Notification Tier. <br /> No permit would have been issued if the facility fell under the Excluded Tier. Now you will need to fill out an application <br /> to operate as a Medium Volume Transfer/Processing Facility under the Registration Permit Tier. Title 14 CCR Sections <br /> 17400-17405 covers these differences. If you need further clarification on this matter or your fees,you will need to talk <br /> to Robert.
