Safety conscious. <br /> EMOTIONAL <br /> STANDARDS: Ability to handle repetitive work. <br /> PHYSICAL <br /> STANDARDS: Strong back and arms. <br /> JOB HAZARDS: Repetitive wrist,shoulder,arm and back movements. <br /> Twisting and turning motions. <br /> SAFETY <br /> EQUIPMENT <br /> REQUIRED: None. <br /> SAFE CONDYTIONS: <br /> ( Employees shall be properly instructed on the hazards of their work and of safe practices by bulletins, <br /> printed rules,verbal instructions and periodic safety meetings. <br /> SAFE PRACTICES <br /> I <br /> € <br /> 1. Employees shall not ride or play on pallet truck. <br /> 2. Pallet truck should not be operated on floors,sidewalks or platforms that will not safely support the <br /> load. <br /> € <br /> 3. Pallet truck shalt not be moved until the load is safe and secure. <br /> 4. Load capacity is to be clearly labeled. Do not exceed. <br /> 5. Follow all Company safety rules and policies. <br /> 6. Employees must report all unsafe conditions immediately to a Supervisor. <br /> 7. No horseplay is permitted. <br /> 8. Clean worksite conditions must be maintained at all times. <br /> 9. All Personal Protective Equipment(PPE)required by State or Federal Regulation must be worn. <br /> t0. All equipment guards required by State and Federal Regulations must be in place. <br /> 11. Report all accidents immediately to a Supervisor. <br /> 12, Use Lockout/Tagout/BIockout procedures when required by State or Federal Regulation. ! <br /> 13. Inspect equipment prior to each use. ! <br /> 14. Only operate equipment that you have been trained and authorized to use. <br /> 15. All electrical wiring shall be to code and maintained in safe condition. c <br /> 16. Use proper lifting techniques. <br /> 17. Only qualified personnel can perform maintenance services. <br /> 18. Follow all Manufacturers safety guidelines. <br /> 19. Do not operate equipment under the influence of altering prescription drugs,illegal drugs and/or <br /> alcohol. <br /> 20. Ensure that all Warning,Caution and Danger signs are in place. <br />
