Employees must report all unsafe work place conditions. <br /> 2. No horseplay is permitted. <br /> 3. Adequate aisle space sball be maintained. <br /> 4. Workplace should be maintained clean and dry. Any spills must be immediately cleaned up. <br /> S. Appropriate footwear should be worn-no open-toed shoes or sandals. <br /> 6. When carrying loads,care should be exercised to avoid over-exertion and strain. Use dollies. <br /> Back brace belts bave been provided and must be worn when lifting. <br /> 7.
