Repetitive work. <br /> PHYSICAL <br /> STANDARDS: Must have strong physical capacity. <br /> HAZARDS: Repetitive lifting,twisting,pushing,or pulling. <br /> Continuous standing on hard surfaces. Bending over. <br /> Repetitive motion with arms and wrists due to unloading process. <br /> SAFETY <br /> EQUIPMENT <br /> REQUIRED: None. <br /> SAFE CO ITIONS: <br /> 1 <br /> Employees shall be properly instructed on the hazards of their work and of safe practices by bulletins, <br /> printed rules,verbal instructions and periodic safety meetings. <br /> SAFE PRACTICES <br /> 1. Be especially careful after glass breakage,after floor cleaning,or spills. <br /> 2. When cutting boxes use proper care when using sharp cutting devices.Use training and exercise <br /> caution when cutting. <br /> 3. When stacking bundles,boxes or cases or parts,stack properly,checking for proper height and <br /> stability. Mount shelving correctly and observe shelf load capacity. <br /> 4. Follow all Company safety rules and policies. <br /> 5. Employees must report all unsafe conditions immediately to a Supervisor. <br /> 6. No horseplay is permitted. <br /> 7. Clean worksite conditions must be maintained at all times. <br /> S. All Personal Protective Equipment(PPE)required by State or Federal Regulation must be worn. <br /> 9. All equipment guards required by State and Federal Regulations must be in place. <br /> 10. Report all accidents immediately to a Supervisor. <br /> 11. Use Lockout/Tagout/Blockout procedures when required by State or Federal Regulation. <br /> 12. Inspect equipment prior to each use. <br /> 13. Only operate equipment that you have been trained and authorized to use. <br /> 14. Use proper lifting techniques. <br /> 15. Only qualified personnel can perform maintenance services. <br /> 16. Follow all Manufacturers safety guidelines. <br /> 17. Do not operate equipment under the influence of altering prescription drugs,illegal drugs and/or <br /> alcohol. <br /> IS. Ensure that all Warning, Caution and Danger signs are in place. <br />
