Good knowledge of equipment and procedures. <br /> Safety conscious. <br /> EMOTIONAL <br /> STANDARDS: Detail oriented and excellent working habits. <br /> PHYSICAL Strong physical health. Strong back/legs/arms/wrists/bands—lifting. <br /> STANDARDS: Able to stand for long periods of time on hard surfaces. <br /> JOB HAZARDS: Forceful motions. Repetitive wrist,arm,shoulder and back movements. <br /> Pinch points. Crushing. <br /> SAFETY <br /> EQUIPMENT <br /> REQUIRED: Hard-toed shoes. Safety glasses. <br /> SAFE CONDITIONS: <br /> i Employees shall be properly instructed on the hazards of their work and of safe practices by bulletins, <br /> printed rules,verbal instructions and periodic safety meetings. <br /> SAFE PRACTICES <br /> 1. Capacity should be clearly marked. Do not exceed capacity. <br /> 2. Follow all Company safety rules and policies. <br /> 3. Employees must report all unsafe conditions immediately to a Supervisor. <br /> 4. No horseplay is permitted, <br /> 5. Clean worksite conditions must be maintained at all times. <br /> 6. All Personal Protective Equipment(PPE)required by State or Federal Regulation must be worn. <br /> 7. All equipment guards required by State and Federal Regulations must be in place. <br /> 8. Report all accidents immediately to a Supervisor. <br /> 9. Use Lockout/Tagout/Blockout procedures when required by State or Federal Regulation. <br /> 10. Inspect equipment prior to each use. <br /> 11. Only operate equipment that you have been trained and authorized to use. <br /> 12. All electrical wiring shall be to code and maintained in safe condition. <br /> t <br /> 13. Use proper lifting techniques. <br /> 14. Only qualified personnel can perforin maintenance services. <br /> 15. Follow all Manufacturers safety guidelines. <br /> 16. Do not operate equipment tinder the influence of altering prescription drugs,illegal drugs and/or <br /> alcohol. <br /> 17. Ensure that all Warning, Caution and Danger signs are in place. <br />
