Correct today. <br /> The tortilla department currently did not contain a sanitizer refill attached to the 3-compartment sink when asked to fill the <br /> basin with sanitizer. Keep and maintain the sanitizer stocked and maintained to ensure proper ware-washing is being <br /> performed.
